Learn More About Dreamtime Aroha

Dreamtime Aroha is a self funded start up.

The Dreamtime Aroha project began as project to give families and friends toys for their kids, as nothing on shelves represented them. With nothing but research, passion, Youtube tutorials and a sewing machine, Dreamtime Aroha was born!
Fabrics were sourced from all over Australia and once the cute, signature doll was found, Dreamtime Aroha was in business.

Where Dreamtime Aroha is Today

Dreamtime Aroha is not a business driven on financial outcome; what the business makes, we match and redistribute. Funds also largely go back into materials.

Behind Dreamtime Aroha

J is a proud Guguu Yimithirr Bama Woman (Hope Vale), Formally Incarcerated and a force of nature descending from the Barungguan & Butchulla People (Biological Father Deceased).

Raised proudly in Meanjin by their mother, an amazing, white staunch ally and father, a strong highly respected Aboriginal Butchulla - South Sea Islander Man who proudly raised J from young.

Dreamtime Aroha recognises we are living and working on unceded Yuggerra / Turrbal land.
